Made of a durable, food-grade, non-porous composite material, this tile will last against wear and tear of repetitive pot changes throughout day-to-day use. This tile also stands up to any hot or cold item that is placed on top from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to a maximum of 650 degrees Fahrenheit, with the exception of a rapidly boiling steam table.
