This FMP 280-2285 universal 24″ griddle food pan rail is the perfect way to increase efficiency on your cook line! The rail mounts onto the front of most appropriately-sized griddles and is a great way to hold fractional food pans (sold separately) full of grilling utensils, sauce bottles, seasoning shakers, breads, rolls, toppings, and garnishes!
It works with 1/3, 1/6, and 1/9 size plastic or stainless steel food pans and is made from 304 stainless steel for superior durability and corrosion resistance. It is easy to install too – simply adjust the griddle rail to fit over the griddle bar. Then, tighten the four screws on the rail (two per side), and the set screws on the back of each side of the rail until they are snug against the griddle bar. When it’s time to clean, simply lift up and push away from the griddle bar to remove the rail. This rail comes with 1 M8 hex wrench and 4 M8 10mm hex nuts for mounting on griddles.
